Tyga Pays Tribute To Michael Jackson, Rocks Out To "Beat It"
Tyga shows some love to the King of Pop.

Tyga has been keeping himself busy to start the new year, both on a professional and a personal level. The music video for his track "Temperature," which puts him at the center of a love story in Thailand, dropped recently, amping up the buzz surrounding his music. He also shared pictures of him and his co-star from that video walking on the beach together, sparking speculation that they were secretly an item. Now, Tyga's throwing it back some and showing the King of Pop some love in a new video.

Uploading the footage to his personal Instagram account, the rapper paid tribute to Michael Jackson, lip synching his heart out to the classic track "Beat It," which comes off Jackson's 1982 record Thriller. Will T-Raww continue to be inspired by Jackson with more pop-infused music in 2018. "Temperature" certainly points in that direction, using parts of the instrumental from Jazn's track "Bombay" to give the proceedings a much-needed bit of Latin energy, a quality that many artists are latching onto as the key to pop and crossover success at the moment. After releasing BITS2 and Bugatti Raww last year, LPs which most fans thought represented a return to form for the rapper, it will be interesting to see which direction Tyga chooses to go in now.
