Election 2019; Borno state governorship aspirant promises to fight injustice

As the election draws closer Nigerian politicians are bracing up to take up the challenge of running for one political office or the other with a lot of promises for the Nigerian people. 

Ibrahim Mshelia the governorship aspirant under the Labour Party while addressing the Abuja chapter of the party who paid him a courtesy call at his Abuja office said he is motivated to run this position to fight the issue of social injustice in Borno state as there has been a lot of marginalization of a faction of some tribes in the state. 

Mshelia  said the insecurity in the state pose a lot of concerns therefore, when he wins the election he will ensure youths are engaged so that they can become more useful to nation building than allowing them idle away into being used as mechanism for violent. 

He applauded the administration of president Muhammadu Buhari in his achievements in the fight against insurgency especially as Borno state is now enjoying a level of security in the state. 

The governorship aspirant added that the people of Borno state have been broken and they need government to pay more attention to them so that they can come out of their present situations.

He thanked Labour Party Abuja Chapter for paying him a solidarity and courtesy visit noting that the visit has further encouraged him and also reassured him of the party's unflinching support for his Governorship ambition and promises to deliver at the poll come 2019.
